Terms and Conditions

Customer Duties and Liability: Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Contractor against all claims, lawsuits, and any other liability for injury to persons or damage to property arising out of the possession or use of the equipment by the Customer, his agents, officers, clients, or customers.

All equipment furnished by the Contractor for use by the Customer which the Customer has not purchased, shall remain the property of the Contractor and the Customer shall have no right, title or interest in it unless specified in a separate contract.

Customer shall not relocate, overload the equipment, nor use it for incineration purposes, and shall be liable to the Contractor for loss or damage in excess of reasonable wear and tear.

Customer shall not load Roll-Off equipment in excess of 24,000 pounds. Customer shall not load equipment to protrude above the height of the equipment sides.

Contractor must have clear access to appointed equipment to be dumped.

Customer shall not place any acidic or hazardous waste or materials in the equipment.

Service/Overage Fees: Commencing three weeks after delivery, a rental fee will be applied on all Roll-Off containers. Overage fees do apply to all containers above predetermined weight limits. 60-day time limit on all containers.

Driveways and Parking areas: Customer warrants that any right of way provided by the Customer, from Customer’s equipment location to the most convenient public way, is sufficient to bear the weight of all the Contractor’s equipment and vehicles reasonably required to perform the service herein contracted. It is the intent of this agreement that the Contractor shall not be responsible for damage to any private pavement or accompanying subsurface of any route reasonably necessary to perform services here in. Customer, contractor or their representative is responsible for preparing and protecting the surface where the dumpster will be placed.

Surcharges
Additional costs after term of contract will be due and payable on pick-up of the dumpster. The agreed up extras will be charged to the existing card on account or any other form of payment approved by G/J Carting Inc.

Other Conditions

  • Solid Fill cannot go in any dumpster larger than a 20yd.
  • Concrete cannot go in any dumpster larger than a 20yd.
  • 40yd & 50yd dumpsters must be hand loaded. ***Excessive Damage to Container Will Be Subject to Charges***
  • Dumpsters charged to an existing account will be billed and due within 15 days.
  • Clients without an account must provide a credit card number upon ordering a container, invoices due on receipt.
  • Purchases from online accounts are paid on order.

Quoted rates are within a 40-mile radius of Revere MA. Deliveries outside of this radius will be subject to an out of area charge.

Customer, contractor or their representative is responsible for preparing and protecting the surface where the dumpster will be placed.
